Who We Are

AI Visible is a trading name of Lee Hartley Digital Services, based in Salford, Greater Manchester, United Kingdom. By using our website or purchasing our services you agree to these terms.

Our Services

AI Visible provides schema markup audits, structured data implementation, and AI search visibility services for UK businesses. Services are delivered as described at the point of purchase. Specific deliverables, turnaround times and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payment

• Payment is required in full before work commences unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable
• Invoices are due on receipt unless a payment plan has been agreed
• We reserve the right to suspend work on overdue accounts

Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our deliverables:

• Delivered audit reports are eligible for review and refund consideration within 7 days if they materially fail to match the service description
• Implementation work is non-refundable once deployment has begun
• If we are unable to complete the agreed work, a full refund will be issued
• Monthly subscription services may be cancelled with 30 days written notice

If you have a concern about a deliverable, please contact us first. We will always try to resolve issues fairly before any formal dispute process.

Your Responsibilities

• You must have authority to make changes to the websites on which we work
• You are responsible for providing accurate information about your business
• You are responsible for deploying code we provide unless deployment is included in your service
• Schema markup works alongside your existing website content. Results depend in part on the quality and accuracy of that content

Results and Guarantees

We implement schema markup to the highest technical standard and validate all output. However, we cannot guarantee specific search rankings, AI citation frequency, or traffic increases. Search engine and AI platform behaviour is outside our control. We provide our honest assessment of what each implementation is likely to achieve based on current best practice and available data.

Intellectual Property

On receipt of full payment, all schema markup code and written deliverables created for your project become your property. We retain the right to reference the engagement in our portfolio (without disclosing confidential business information) unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
